On January 21, 2025, the Kowloon Bay Garden Licheng Hotel had a warm and lively atmosphere. The Wuxi Zhongbo 2024 year-end summary and commendation conference, titled "Innovation Momentum, Breaking through New Passes, and Exploring New Opportunities," was held here. Part.01 Departmental report: Showcasing our strengths and jointly building the foundation for development
Marketing department
The marketing department kicked off the annual summary with a series of impressive data, showing a year-on-year increase of 13% in sales for the year. In the report, the marketing department not only shared sales results, but also analyzed the market competition situation in depth. In response to challenges such as customer loss and market share competition, a series of targeted market expansion strategies were proposed. These strategies aim to further cultivate the existing market, explore new sales channels, and provide a clear direction for the company to continue maintaining sales growth in the new year.

Production department
The production department has provided a comprehensive report on the completion of production tasks for the year 2024. In the past year, all members of the production department have overcome difficulties and successfully achieved the established production goals, with output reaching a new high. Through reviewing the production process, the department has summarized valuable experience, such as adding advanced equipment and optimizing production processes, which have significantly improved the production efficiency of certain links. At the same time, we also acknowledge the shortcomings that exist, such as the occurrence of quality issues due to human factors. In response to these issues, the production department has proposed a series of improvement measures, such as strengthening employee skills training, aimed at comprehensively improving production efficiency and product quality.

Purchasing department
The procurement department focuses on introducing procurement and warehouse management work. In terms of procurement, actively expanding new supplier resources, introducing multiple high-quality suppliers, effectively enriching supply channels, and enhancing the company's bargaining power in the procurement process. In terms of cost control, through in-depth negotiations with suppliers and centralized procurement strategies, procurement costs have been successfully reduced. In terms of warehouse management, the inventory management system has been optimized to improve the efficiency of goods entering and exiting the warehouse. Looking ahead, the procurement department plans to further optimize the procurement process and utilize digital tools to enhance the scientific and accurate nature of procurement decisions.

Routine quality control department
The regular quality department conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and statistics of the product quality throughout the year. Through detailed data and charts, the quality completion results over the past year are clearly displayed, with a product qualification rate of 98.92%, an increase of 0.5% compared to the previous year. In order to further strengthen quality control, the department has proposed multiple measures, such as pre regulation control, detail inspection, team execution building, etc., to continuously improve the quality reputation of the company's products in the market.

Air separation quality control department
The quality control department focuses on the quality control of cryogenic products. Based on the unique characteristics of cryogenic products, the quality tasks to be completed in 2024 are elaborated in detail from multiple dimensions such as supplier supply quality, product manufacturing process quality, and external quality. In terms of supplier management, we have strengthened the sampling inspection of raw materials; In the product manufacturing process, quality control points for key processes have been added; A rapid response mechanism has been established in response to external quality feedback. For 2025, the Quality Control Department has proposed new work ideas and improvement directions, such as continuing to improve the quality management system, product grading authorization inspection, signature, strengthening monthly assessment of inspection personnel, and enhancing training to improve the quality accuracy of cryogenic products.

Heat sink technology department
The radiator technology department emphasized the design achievements and experimental center planning for 2024. A total of 1069 sets of design drawings were completed throughout the year, meeting the diverse design needs of the company's radiator products. At the same time, a detailed task plan has been made for the activation of the experimental center, which is expected to be officially put into use in May 2025. At that time, it will provide strong support for the performance testing and technological innovation of radiator products. In addition, to enhance the overall technical level of the team, the technical department has also developed a training plan for 2025, covering professional skills training and learning of cutting-edge industry technologies.

Cryogenic technology department
The Cryogenic Technology Department has sorted out the main projects and mapping tasks completed in 2024. During the implementation of the project, multiple technical challenges were successfully overcome, earning the company a good market reputation in the cryogenic field. However, some problems have also been exposed in the design work, such as insufficient understanding of the new specifications by designers, resulting in errors in some drawings. In response to these issues, the Cryogenic Technology Department has proposed corrective measures, including strengthening internal audit processes, organizing standardized training for design personnel, and developing detailed training plans to enhance the professional competence of the design team.

Technical process department
The Technical Process Department comprehensively elaborated on the annual work situation from the aspects of process preparation, process drawings, national standard evaluation quantity, and system review. Completed 2498 process preparations, effectively improving product production efficiency and quality stability; In terms of process drawings, the accuracy and completeness of the drawings are ensured, providing reliable technical support for production; In the process of national standard evaluation and system audit, the company has successfully passed multiple external audits, ensuring that its production activities comply with national standards and industry norms. Through reflection on the work throughout the year, the department identified existing problems, such as insufficient speed in process optimization, and based on this, formulated next year's work plan to accelerate the pace of process innovation.

Personnel administration department
The Human Resources and Administration Department mainly reports on the work related to personnel, administration, and security. In terms of personnel work, we have successfully completed personnel recruitment and provided suitable talents for various departments of the company. In administrative work, the management of office environment and document archives has been strengthened, which has improved the efficiency of administrative work. In terms of safety management, multiple safety training and emergency drills have been organized. Looking ahead to 2025, the Human Resources and Administration Department has identified its work priorities and will increase investment in institutional development, information technology construction, and corporate culture promotion.

Our production has achieved a new breakthrough, reaching 6932 tons, creating a historic high. The efficiency of labor production continues to improve, and the quality of products continues to improve. It is worth mentioning that under the guidance of the innovation driven development strategy, we have achieved a series of significant results in technological innovation and product research and development. We delivered 85 high-pressure heat exchangers with a design pressure of 9.8MPa at once, which not only set a record for the highest quantity and pressure level in China, but also broke the technological barriers that have been monopolized by developed countries for a long time. This achievement has enabled us to successfully rank among the top in the international high-pressure heat exchanger field, effectively enhancing our company's competitiveness and influence in the global market. In terms of leak detection technology, our heat exchanger helium leak detection value has reached 1 × 10 ⁻⁹ pa.m3/s, which is a leading leak detection standard worldwide. Behind these achievements, they provide a solid guarantee for us to produce high-quality and highly reliable products. We have also achieved fruitful results in process research and optimization. We have preliminarily completed the compilation of process manuals for aluminum Plate-fin heat exchangers and radiators, as well as the compilation of enterprise process manufacturing. These achievements have laid a solid foundation for the company's standardized production and process inheritance. At the same time, we continue to optimize the brazing process parameters, resulting in a continuous improvement in the brazing qualification rate and a significant reduction in brazing time. This not only saves a lot of electricity consumption and reduces production costs, but also significantly improves the quality of the core, further enhancing the market competitiveness of the product. We have successfully obtained multiple patents in the past year, which are not only a recognition of our technological strength, but also an important asset for the company's future development. They will provide strong technical support for us to explore new markets and launch new products, helping the company maintain a leading position in the fierce market competition. In the past year, the market and industry environment we are in has been constantly changing, and market competition has become increasingly fierce. Against this backdrop, innovation has become the key to breaking through the situation. Our company's sales have reached new highs and maintained growth for four years. At the same time, some typical achievements in product innovation were listed: breakthroughs were made in the design and manufacturing of large-scale high-pressure plate heat exchangers for supporting foreign petrochemical projects, with a maximum design pressure of 9.8Mpa, breaking the technological barriers of developed countries and filling the domestic gap; Provide a core liquefaction cold box for the 600MWh liquid air energy storage demonstration project in Golmud, Qinghai; Provide high-pressure and high-temperature heat exchangers for 300MWH compressed air energy storage in Feicheng, Shandong; Design and manufacture of domestic single unit maximum 850 tons/T fully liquid air separation system; Supporting the largest 5-ton/T hydrogen and helium liquefaction heat exchanger in China for well-known domestic enterprises; The helium leak detection value reaches 1 × 10-9pa.m3/s, and the leak detection standard is leading the world; New breakthroughs in overseas markets, independent signing of foreign heat exchanger projects; The radiator business market has made new breakthroughs, entering multiple sectors of host factories, especially gradually increasing in volume in the wind power industry. Technical aspect: Completed the pressure alternating fatigue test of the Plate-fin heat exchanger and accumulated a large number of technical parameters; Multiple technological innovation and renovation projects have been completed, such as the heavy-duty fin production line and the 10 meter brazing furnace being put into use; Hire a well-known domestic accounting firm to conduct financial audits and use ERP+OA enterprise management software. Mr. Zhou also pointed out that in the face of the severe market situation in 2025, we need to maintain the momentum of innovation, expand into the sales field, and further develop the deep cold and coiled tube markets. The current production capacity requires the support of large-scale heat exchanger projects, and maintain the business of old and newly developed host factories in terms of quality and delivery, especially in the wind power industry, and gradually increase the share of similar industries. Accelerate the construction of the testing center and personnel training to meet the company's independent performance testing of wind power products as soon as possible.
2、 Breaking the new barrier:
Cryogenic sales face challenges in specialized segmented industries, such as difficulty in grasping customer information in foreign markets, long feedback cycles, and difficulty in following up on projects. How to break through? We need experienced colleagues to provide guidance and guidance, while young people should be down-to-earth and willing to work, understand customer needs and project backgrounds, and improve communication skills. The sales of radiators need to improve the department's leadership ability, management level, and market development ability. The cryogenic technology department needs to cultivate more professional technical personnel, including thermal calculations, cold box system processes, stress analysis, to meet market feedback and empower sales. The radiator technology enhances the design level of the cooling system, combined with the experimental equipment invested this year, to more accurately grasp the product performance and cooperate with sales to enter more complete sets of host factories. Quality and craftsmanship should improve professional technical level to ensure quality control and process guidance for diversified products. The production and procurement department should actively coordinate with quality and other relevant departments to ensure delivery and empower sales. Improve management system, enhance management efficiency, and apply ERP+OA management software. Administrative work is the cornerstone of the company's external and internal operations. Strengthening the promotion of corporate culture and emphasizing the recruitment of key positions in personnel matters is crucial. In terms of finance, we should focus on ERP and high-tech work, and standardize financial management in accordance with the financial audit requirements of listed companies, laying the foundation for future capitalization operations.
